Aymara Barrel Selection

This wine comes from 40% of Malbec, 40% of Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% of Cabernet Franc grapes grown at 800 meters of elevation in a rocky soil. Optimal land for the cultivation of top quality vines. We experience good weather before harvesting, allowing the grapes to reach the best maturity since we quickly harvest them by hand. This mixture is a full-bodied red wine, with an intense ruby ​​color and deep aromas of ripe plums and berries. In the mouth, it has layers of ripe fruits and cocoa. It is very well balanced with soft tannins and a long and pleasant finish. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
