Aymara Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

This wine comes from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown 800 meters high on a rocky soil. Optimal land for the cultivation of quality vines. Before the harvest, we had a very good climate, which allowed the grapes to reach the best maturity since we quickly harvested by hand. This wine denotes a semi-intense ruby ​​red color. Excellent, all the more so as the aging in oak highlights its virtues. When it is young, its aromas and flavors are reminiscent of dried fruits, black pepper and black currant, with age, coconut, tobacco, vanilla and coffee that is obtained by spending 12 months in new French oak barrels.
